Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project flow in our ERP system, collaborating with project owners, and ensuring project information is entered in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project flow in our ERP system, including invoicing and collections related tasks
  • Collaborate with project owners to ensure project information is entered in a timely manner
  • Accurately support revenue projections using transaction records in our ERP system
  • Upload project documentation and submit to clients as needed
  • Request, obtain, and process client purchase orders for awarded projects
  • Coordinate with logistics to prepare and record final invoices
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and investigate questionable data
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and collections
  • Prepare support and requests for credit memos
  • Recommend actions to resolve discrepancies

Requirements

  • Previous experience with ERP systems, knowledge of Workday a plus
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles desirable
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Solid organization and time/project management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
