Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project flow in our ERP system, collaborating with project owners, and ensuring project information is entered in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project flow in our ERP system, including invoicing and collections related tasks
- Collaborate with project owners to ensure project information is entered in a timely manner
- Accurately support revenue projections using transaction records in our ERP system
- Upload project documentation and submit to clients as needed
- Request, obtain, and process client purchase orders for awarded projects
- Coordinate with logistics to prepare and record final invoices
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and investigate questionable data
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and collections
- Prepare support and requests for credit memos
- Recommend actions to resolve discrepancies
Requirements
- Previous experience with ERP systems, knowledge of Workday a plus
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles desirable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Solid organization and time/project management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
