About the Role

Graham Windham is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Supervisor to join our team. As a Program Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of our mental health services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and support a team of mental health professionals, including clinicians and interns, to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to provide excellent care.
  • Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical supervision to staff, ensuring they are meeting program standards and providing evidence-based practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and report on quality compliance and risk management functions, ensuring all alerts and reports are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Clinical Operations: Oversee the assignment and follow-up of crisis response, outreach, individual/group/family therapy, intakes, discharge, screenings, and caseloads.
  • Administrative Tasks: Collaborate with leadership to ensure all required administrative tasks are completed, including site operations and task management.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications: Professional licensure and/or certification as required by program regulations and standards (LMHC, LCSW, LMSW).
  • Experience: (3+) years of direct experience working with youth and families in the mental health field, including (2+) years of previous experience supervising mental health and social work professionals/interns.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, practical and strong decision-making skills, and bilingual-English/Spanish preferred.
