Job Description:

This role serves as an essential member of the operations team at RIT Certified, working at the intersection of programmatic development and IT support. The Program and IT Project Manager will coordinate activities of individual project teams to ensure that learning programs and other department projects progress on schedule, within budget, and produce a high-quality product. This position works collaboratively with the Academics team to help guide the development of new learning programs through full proposal, design, and development cycles. Working closely with Manager of Data & Systems, this position will also be responsible for leading aspects of IT project delivery, directing cross-functional teams, and managing multiple moderately complex to complex IT projects.

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, with some in an IT capacity.
  • Knowledge of project and program management processes, tools, templates, and management techniques.
  • Experience in IT-related roles and associated skills.
