Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome all members and guests warmly, ensuring a positive experience as they leave the facility.
  • Process check-ins for all members and guests according to established procedures.
  • Utilize club software to relay messages during member check-in.
  • Answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Inform members and guests about special events and activities.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for all members.
  • Address member requests or escalate to management as necessary.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Promote retail products available at the front desk.
  • Coordinate member service appointments as needed.
  • Assist in various areas such as retail and childcare as required.
  • Process payments for member services in line with company guidelines.
  • Familiarize yourself with club facilities, services, and schedules.
  • Keep your workspace clean and organized.
  • Support club management with various projects as assigned.
  • This position may report to the Operations Manager when applicable.
  • Follow all guidelines outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Responsibilities may be adjusted or modified as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong reading and writing abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service capabilities.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • High energy and patience are essential.
  • Open availability is required.
