Marketing Production Design Specialist

Evanta is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Production Design Contractor to assist with producing onsite materials and direct mail marketing pieces that promote our conferences.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the production of onsite materials and promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and banners.
- Support the creation of direct mail marketing pieces, including designing and proofing materials.
- Pull content from our copy/content team, as well as logos, names, photos, and network drives into print templates.
- Provide support for marketing campaigns, programs, special content, and other design-related projects.
- Prepare files for production and process drafts through a 3-part proofing process.
- AA or BFA/BS degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proven experience using design programs, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented and able to proof own work before asking others to review.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and walk through edits with support teams.
- Proactive and able to operate with flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere.
