Overview

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatologist Medical Director to lead our team in providing exceptional care to women, babies, and children. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to our patients, while also providing leadership and guidance to our clinical team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medical direction and oversight to our neonatal care team
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in neonatal medicine
Qualifications
  • Board certification in Neonatology
  • Experience in leadership and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
