We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Unit Manager at our Nanuet, NY facility. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our unit, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve unit efficiency and patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and patient-centered care
  • Monitor and evaluate unit performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Represent the unit's interests and concerns to upper-level management
Requirements:
  • Current State RN License
  • 3+ years of Long Term Care experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities
