About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer to join our team at Capgemini Government Solutions. As an RPA Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions to drive business efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and domain experts to gather requirements and develop automation solutions.
  • Design and develop RPA workflows, including process mapping, automation scripting, and testing.
  • Implement and maintain RPA solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and minimal downtime.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on RPA solutions and best practices.
  • Continuously monitor and improve RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Eligible to acquire and maintain Government Security Clearance.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Three+ years' experience in UiPath or similar RPA tools.
  • Two+ years' experience in AI tools and machine learning.
  • Five+ years in IT programming and software development.
  • Professional certifications in information technology, such as ITIL or Agile.
Desired Qualifications
  • BA/BS in IT, Information Systems, or Business, or at least three years of experience developing/coding/configuring software or systems.
  • Two years of experience with RPA or comparable projects.
  • UiPath Certified with at least one year of UiPath experience.
  • Good communication and team-building skills.
  • Strong test writing skills.
