As a Wealth Advisor at Stock Yards Bank & Trust, you will serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for high net worth clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through holistic wealth management strategies. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial and family situations, providing tailored solutions to address their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial and family situations, establishing trust and confidence to address complex financial issues.
- Partner with internal and external resources to meet clients' estate and financial planning goals through comprehensive wealth management strategies.
- Communicate complex estate and financial planning concepts to clients, managing multifaceted accounts and collaborating with other planning resources.
- Attract and retain high net worth clients through existing customer base, Centers of Influence, prospecting, and referrals.
- Collaborate with other professional advisors to support overall planning needs.
- Undergraduate degree required; JD, CFP, CTFA, or CPA designation preferred. Higher education or certifications desirable.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar or related field.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to generate productive relationships with internal and external partners.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated business development skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
