*This position is part-time and operates on an as-needed basis, typically from Monday to Thursday, with hours from 3 PM to 11 PM.*

We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong emphasis on Live Audio and AV Management. This role is ideal for someone with a background in supporting audio-visual systems within hospitality or retail environments, who enjoys working collaboratively with clients and team members. The selected candidate will engage directly with clients and end-users, making significant contributions to both short-term and long-term projects.

Responsibilities will vary based on client needs but will primarily focus on Live Audio and AV support, with opportunities to expand into network and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site assistance for various client AV systems, including digital signage, live audio, and network solutions;
  • Manage the setup and dismantling of AV hardware;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software AV issues as they arise;
  • Develop and adhere to IT AV processes and standard operating procedures;
  • Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of AV hardware, software, and related peripherals in client settings;

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical support role, specifically providing AV support in hospitality or retail environments;
  • At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality or retail sector;
  • Proficient in the installation, support, and maintenance of AV Live Audio hardware and software;
  • Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills;
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a customer-focused environment, while also collaborating effectively with IT service teams;
  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Familiarity with Crestron software;
  • Experience with Concert Live Audio Support and integration of third-party systems (e.g., DJ connections to house audio systems);

Job Type: Part-time

Experience Requirements:

  • 4 years in Hospitality or Retail IT Support;
  • Experience with POS systems;

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with hospitality end-users;
  • Knowledge of A/V systems;
