About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, resolving issues in real-time, and documenting interactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately
  • Work collaboratively with center and support departments to address customer needs
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to handle challenging interactions with professionalism, patience, and empathy
  • Proficient in using customer service software and electronic medical records (EMRs)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
