The Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB) is a leading organization in pediatric nursing certification, continuing education, and competency development. We are seeking an experienced Certification Services Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain in-depth knowledge of PNCB certification programs and services.
- Provide support to stakeholders, including candidates, certificants, and employers, to ensure successful navigation of PNCB programs.
- Process requests such as verifications, name change applications, address changes, and retirements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with monitoring certificant compliance related to recertification policies.
- Process candidate exam applications, including issuing eligibility information and transferring data to test delivery vendors.
- Process exam results, ensuring quality control throughout the process.
- Audit exam applications for compliance.
- Manage name changes, adding ADA accommodations, verifying exam forms, and exam extensions, and verifying exam appointments have been canceled with PNCB testing vendors.
- Participate in the organization's overall quality review process.
- Assist with managing mail and special deliveries to/from the organization.
- Responsible for training and cross-training with colleagues to ensure uninterrupted service, quality, and delivery of PNCB products to customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and proofreading skills, as well as demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Email). Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required for this role.
PNCB provides all necessary equipment. This is a full-time position with a flexible work arrangement, with staff working in the office one day per week and remotely four days per week, subject to change based on organizational needs.
