Position Overview
As the Senior Vice President of Billing Operations, you will play a pivotal role in our Lodging division. This leadership position requires a collaborative approach to deliver tailored solutions that meet organizational objectives. Your expertise in financial systems will be essential in guiding and advising team members.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Analyze weekly billing metrics to ensure production targets are achieved.
  • Develop, report, interpret, and act on critical metrics.
  • Identify root causes of issues and propose effective solutions through advanced critical thinking.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of all operational processes that impact billing and credit & collections.
  • Oversee the credit review process, serving as the subject matter expert for the sales team.
  • Review accounts receivable aging reports and ensure appropriate actions are taken on overdue accounts.
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding collection, billing, and credit matters as necessary.
  • Collaborate with client account management and sales teams on process improvements and client relationship issues.
  • Demonstrate the ability to mentor others, work collaboratively, and provide exceptional service.
  • Conduct ad hoc research and analysis as required by management.

Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in business finance management or related fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to identify and research issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • A detail-oriented approach with hands-on management of processes.
  • Relevant educational background preferred in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience in hospitality, billing/finance, or retail sectors.
  • Previous experience in credit and collections.
