Primary Duties:
- Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing community performance
- Guide the transition processes for the acquisition and sale of communities
- Supervise the successful launch of newly developed communities
- Ensure the implementation of effective sales and marketing initiatives
- Engage in ownership discussions to bolster owner relations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- A minimum of 10 years of senior-level operational experience
- Preferred background in senior living or hospitality sectors
- Demonstrated capability in managing a Profit and Loss statement
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with software applications and online platforms
