    • Request and procure materials and supplies as required
    • Review and place orders for raw materials and inventory utilizing MRP and Min Exception reports
    • Expedite orders and requests as needed
  • Purchasing and Contracting
    • Estimate values according to market knowledge
    • Determine procurement methods, such as direct purchase or bid
    • Prepare purchase orders or bid requests
  • Inventory Control and Maintenance
    • Maintain procurement records, including items purchased, costs, delivery, product quality, and inventories
    • May approve invoices for payment
    • May expedite delivery of goods to users
  • Warehouse Operations
    • Perform Purchasing and Inventory Control related functions
    • Work order kitting
    • Material transactions
    • Physical inventory
    • Shipping and receiving as required
  • Stockroom Management
    • Maintain the inventory integrity, organization, and cleanliness of the stockroom
Requirements
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication skills to interface with various departments within the organization
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
    • MAS500 experience a plus
  • Physical Demands
    • Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50lbs
    • Uses forklift to move materials
    • Frequently required to balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch and occasionally climbs ladder
