Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Technician to join our team at Triumph Modular. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for accurately managing the inventory of construction parts and materials at our Littleton, MA branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the receiving and stocking of inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Effectively manage Triumph's inventory system, including analyzing product levels to anticipate shortages and developing and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Monitor inventory levels throughout the warehouse, yard, and operations building, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Consume materials that have been delivered to shop techs, service techs, subcontractors, Construction Services, and customers in the SAP system
  • Receive goods delivered daily into the SAP system, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Conduct monthly inventory counts on major parts and bi-annual counts on all parts, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions
  • Assist in the construction and delivery of VAPS products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Transfer goods to other branch locations in the SAP system, ensuring efficient and accurate processing
  • Purchase requests for replenishment of stock, ensuring timely and accurate ordering
  • Set up of tagging system for all parts, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking
  • Culling of damaged products immediately, ensuring minimal waste and optimal inventory levels
  • Stocking shelves to the maximum quantity, ensuring efficient and accurate storage
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience managing inventory, with a strong understanding of construction products and their applications
  • Experience with SAP a plus, with a strong understanding of inventory management systems
  • General knowledge of construction products and how they are used, including lumber, electrical parts, HVAC parts, windows, siding, etc.
  • Attention to detail and a sense of urgency for a live inventory, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Forklift operation mandatory, with certification a plus
  • Experience working with live inventory and controlling minimum and maximums a plus
Physical Requirements
  • Able to lift 50lbs or more, with the ability to bend, twist, and climb ladders
  • Ability to work in a high noise and dust level environment, with a willingness to work overtime as needed
