Addiction Recovery Specialist

Helping You Heal Llc is seeking a skilled Addiction Recovery Specialist to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. This role requires a compassionate and dedicated professional to work with individuals struggling with substance use disorders.
Responsibilities- The Addiction Recovery Specialist provides skills training, case management, and crisis intervention to participants with co-occurring disorders.
- They follow evidenced-based practices of psychosocial rehabilitation, conducting all phases of outreach, engagement, assessment, goal planning, safety planning, evaluating, and summarizing progress.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with severe mental health challenges and a strong understanding of substance abuse treatment principles.
