Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Construction Project Supervisor to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing commercial construction and tenant improvement projects. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure timely project delivery within budget constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to fulfill project specifications.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and cost assessments.
  • Coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site.
  • Provide consistent updates to stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and risks.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues and conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate and current project documentation.
  • Encourage a positive and cooperative team atmosphere.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction and tenant improvement projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
