Position Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned and proactive Superintendent to lead the construction of midrise and luxury residential developments. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced settings and possess a strong passion for the construction industry. The successful candidate will demonstrate a history of successfully managing ground-up midrise construction projects, particularly in the luxury sector. Key Responsibilities:

As the Superintendent, your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing daily operations on the construction site, ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.
2. Leading and coordinating the construction team, including subcontractors and laborers.
3. Upholding the highest standards of quality in workmanship and materials for luxury residential projects.
4. Effectively communicating with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to achieve project objectives.
5. Identifying and addressing any challenges that arise during the construction process.

7. Conducting regular site inspections and safety audits to maintain a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

To qualify for the Superintendent position, candidates should possess:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Superintendent or similar role, specifically in midrise and luxury residential construction.
2. Proven experience in managing ground-up construction projects.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
