Job Summary

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all phases of a construction project from initial planning to completion. This includes managing subcontractors, ensuring safety protocols are in place, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Oversee all phases of a construction project, including planning, execution, and completion
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management
  • OSHA Site Safety experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • 9+ years of experience in construction management
  • Associates/Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Estimating experience
  • Working knowledge of project management software
  • OSHA 30 Hour Training
  • LEED Project Experience
