Job Description

Lead and manage all stages of aviation and airport construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to optimize project workflow.Track project progress, including scheduling, inspections, and quality assurance.Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Hold regular site meetings with subcontractors and team members to review progress, address issues, and update project timelines.Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to meet project requirements and expectations.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, logs, and records.Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years as a construction superintendent for a commercial general contractorDemonstrated experience as a Superintendent in aviation and airport construction.Deep understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.Strong leadership and management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse team.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in construction management software and tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
