We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Aramark. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our food production and service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement production schedules and recipes to ensure efficient and safe food production.
- Direct daily activities and supervise staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety codes and regulations.
- Conduct inventory management and ordering to ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste.
- Train and mentor staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Food Service Director and Manager to develop and implement new programs and initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
