Un Especialista en Compromiso del Cliente I es responsable de una variedad de servicios, que incluyen, pero no se limitan a:apertura de cuentas, cierre de cuentas, renovación de cuentas de certificados, transacciones y asistencia a los miembros con educación financiera. Responsable de educar a los miembros sobre la tecnología de la Cooperativa de Crédito. Modela efectivamente los Valores Fundamentales de la Cooperativa de Crédito. El nivel I de Especialista en Compromiso del Cliente es una posición de entrada en formación y puede progresar a un nivel II.
Calificaciones del Trabajo
EDUCACIÓN:
Graduado de Secundaria o equivalente.
EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA:
Un (1) año de experiencia en instituciones financieras.
En lugar de experiencia en instituciones financieras: Tres (3) años de experiencia en servicio al cliente por cada año de experiencia en instituciones financieras requerido.
