The Strategic Partnerships Manager plays a crucial role in fostering and sustaining connections with healthcare professionals, agencies, vendors, and insurance providers. This position is essential for establishing referral networks and ensuring that our organization's community and professional alliances receive exceptional service and uphold the highest standards of integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engages with and builds referral connections with healthcare providers in the community, including veterans' hospitals, community hospitals, emergency departments, urgent care facilities, primary care physicians, psychiatrists, therapists, and others.
- Communicates insights gathered from networking with providers to the CEO and Leadership Team to identify opportunities for enhancing referrals from community healthcare providers.
- Maintains a specified number of community contacts as outlined by the CEO.
- Employs a benefit-oriented approach when assessing the needs of the business strategy.
- Designs and delivers educational programs for professionals and the community to support referral growth initiatives.
- Collaborates with the Leadership Team to evaluate client and referral source satisfaction levels.
- Partners with the Leadership Team to ensure high satisfaction rates among clients and referral sources.
- Implements targeted relationship-building strategies for key referral groups, including clinicians, providers, and judicial representatives.
- Works alongside the CEO to formulate and execute direct promotional strategies.
- Participates in Leadership Team meetings and other relevant gatherings as directed by the CEO to achieve performance objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or Public Relations from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of three years of experience in sales and/or business development within the medical or behavioral health sector is required.
