Job Description

Stealth Recruiting Services is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Services Director to oversee and direct the patient care operations of our home care facility.

This includes:

  • Coordinating and completing assigned projects to support the company's immediate and long-range objectives.
  • Oversight of patient eligibility and planning for services to be provided.
  • Implementing and maintaining administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Enhancing profitability and providing motivation and retention of a qualified staff.
  • Acting as a liaison with management staff and other departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and ensuring high-quality patient care services throughout the episode of care.
  • Coordinating with physicians, families, and other clinicians involved in care.
  • Communicating effectively with staff to ensure they are informed through staff conferences and mandatory in-services.
  • Ensuring patient care is provided according to the plan of care as ordered by the physician.
  • Supervising agency staff workers' performance and monitoring and assessing employee performance regularly.
  • Ensuring only qualified personnel are hired and overseeing licensure verification, certification, and credentialing.
  • Assisting with staff recruitment to ensure adequate staffing is maintained.
  • Serving as a member of the Management Team and QAPI Team and implementing Performance Improvement Projects.
  • Participating in annual strategic agency planning and ensuring follow-up on required action plans.
  • Conducting monthly meetings with the medical director and approving medical director invoices.
  • Driving operational metrics to ensure the organization is on target with company goals related to operational efficiency, growth, quality, and finances.
  • Acting as Emergency Coordinator in the absence of the Executive Director/Alternate Executive Director during emergencies.
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with all customers to represent the agency and ensure timely and thorough investigation of concerns voiced by patients, caregivers, and referral sources.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
