The US Oncology Network is seeking a highly skilled Director of Clinical Research Operations to join our team at Texas Oncology. This full-time position will support our Mary Crowley clinic, where you will play a critical role in advancing cancer care in America.
As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for developing, directing, and implementing research strategies that align with our organization's mission and goals. You will work collaboratively with our Executive Director and Principal Investigators to provide strategic oversight of our research program.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing research strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our clinical trials
- Providing leadership and guidance to research staff, including training and mentoring
- Ensuring compliance with US Oncology Research, Inc. (USOR) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Collaborating with senior management to develop accrual targets and financial objectives

Requirements:
