Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure operational excellence across the Trial Management, Clinical Trial Liaison, and Client Success teams.
  • Manage the recruitment, training, and development of team members to maintain high performance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) for all divisions, focusing on new feasibilities, client retention, study awards, and milestone completions.
  • Assess and refine operational processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Forge strategies to increase client engagement and satisfaction, thereby boosting retention rates and expanding study awards.
  • Uphold strict compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
  • Encourage and support innovation within teams to devise new client engagement tactics, trial management methodologies, and operational efficiencies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical trial management or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and successfully meeting performance targets.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to strategize, implement, and maintain operational efficiencies.
