Overview

Surgery Care Affiliates, a leading provider of surgical services, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our clinical quality team, you will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining high-quality patient care standards across our ambulatory surgery centers and surgical hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Group Director, Clinical Quality, Regional Vice Presidents, and other stakeholders to develop and implement clinical quality initiatives that align with SCA's strategic goals.
  • Work with CEOs, Quality Coordinators, and facility Clinical Leaders to improve clinical quality metrics and ensure regulatory and accreditation readiness.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry standards, survey methodologies, and related tools and resources to support accreditation and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide mentorship and support to centers in assigned regions regarding clinical and quality programs, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist centers with survey preparation, data collection, and action plan development to ensure compliance with accreditation organizations.
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate quality, accreditation, and regulatory activities, trends, and findings to centers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Licensed Registered Nurse with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including nursing leadership positions.
  • Active membership in the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN) and CNOR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)/Surgical Hospital industry, including experience supporting multiple locations.
