- Bachelor's degree and 7 to 10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline.
- Understanding of foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines.
- Experience managing small projects.
- Ability to interpret and explain complex information and provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates.
