Position Title: Restoration Project Manager
Location: Chesapeake, VA

Position Summary:
The Project Manager role is a hands-on position requiring a proactive leader to oversee the company's initiatives in assisting clients following disasters affecting their properties. Project Managers assess new projects, outline action plans, monitor progress, and adapt strategies to ensure projects advance while adhering to established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and uphold processes for managing project scope, setting quality benchmarks, and evaluating risks.
  • Coordinate both internal and external resources to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide on-site guidance to technicians addressing losses.
  • Complete all necessary documentation for losses, including sketches and scope sheets for estimates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party resources, including adjusters and clients.
  • Allocate and oversee resources to optimize project efficiency and maximize outcomes.
  • Report project results and/or risks to relevant management channels and escalate issues as needed according to the project work plan.
  • Develop and prepare comprehensive estimates using tools such as Xactimate, Symbility, or similar applications.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or required.

  • Experience with DocuSketch, Mica, or Restore 365

Physical Requirements:
This position typically requires the employee to stand or walk for extended periods and may involve significant manual labor. Expect to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, push, pull, and carry items frequently.
