Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in accordance with client requirements and company objectives.
  • Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and materials to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Possess a strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Delegate tasks, provide direction, and support team members to ensure project success.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and reviews to identify and address any deficiencies or deviations from project requirements.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing medium to large-scale electrical projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
