Scientific Research Associate

This role is responsible for executing laboratory-scale studies in support of oral and injectable solution and suspension formulations under the direction of a supervisor. Key responsibilities include managing laboratory inventory, overseeing stability time points and pulls, and submitting samples to the analytical laboratory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute laboratory-scale batch and study execution documents under the direction of a supervisor.
- Execute laboratory-scale batches/studies for oral and injectable solution and suspension formulations to support product development efforts under the direction of a supervisor.
- Manage laboratory inventory for raw materials, components, chemicals, and reagents, including ordering, receiving, and shipping between sites or third parties as required.
- Oversee the development stability program by placing samples on stability, scheduling and performing stability pulls, and submitting samples to the analytical laboratory for testing.
- Maintain required documentation as per company policies and procedures.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a Bachelor's degree being a plus.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in mathematics.
- Two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in R&D or manufacturing functions.
- Basic computer skills and communication skills.
- A working knowledge of cGMPs is a plus.
