Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at The Ford Store San Leandro. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs.
- Advise customers on necessary and recommended services, providing clear and concise explanations.
- Offer additional services and repairs to customers, ensuring they are aware of all options.
- Compute costs of replacement parts and labor, providing accurate estimates to customers.
- Enter itemized estimates on service orders and explain them to customers.
- Schedule appointments with customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Meet dealership standards for repair and order production, maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency.
- Maintain CSI at or above Company standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Participate in required training, staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and procedures.
- Record all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system.
- Follow Safeguards rules and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Demonstrate the Company's Core Values, including Integrity, Commitment to Customer Enthusiasm, and Accountability at All Levels.
- Comply with Company policies and procedures, adhering to all Federal, State, Local, and Company safety rules and regulations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor with a dealership background.
- Previous experience in automotive or customer service industries.
- Working knowledge of the mechanical operations of vehicles.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability and knowledge of the Dealership Management System and other web-based applications utilized for operations.
