Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Pape' Kenworth in San Leandro, CA. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our service department, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open, maintain, proof, and close service department work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Oversee service and warranty work orders, assist in shop workflow, and check-in equipment for repair.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with their service needs, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
