Responsibilities and Qualifications

As a Resident Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

About the Role

  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Assist with daily living activities, life skills, and other enriching experiences that promote resident well-being.
  • Participate in the development of individualized service plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
  • Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and risk management programs.

Qualifications

  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications may be necessary per state regulations.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
