About This Opportunity

As a Client Care Supervisor at CAMBA's Flagstone Family Center, you will play a vital role in providing supervision and guidance to our team members. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional case management services to 158 families who are part of our Tier II transitional residence program for homeless families.

This position requires a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. You must be knowledgeable about child development, trauma-informed care, culturally affirming and responsive work, and family-based clinical interventions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and training to team members on psychoeducation, mental health assessments, and techniques like motivational interviewing.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in social services and consult with professional and technical personnel to bring a multidisciplinary approach to client care.
  • Develop linkage agreements and serve as a liaison with other community-based organizations and local mental health service providers.

In collaboration with our social service staff, you will work with clients to break through barriers and assist them in advocating for themselves and moving toward self-sufficiency.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $36.00 - 40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. As a part-time employee, you will enjoy a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact in our community.
