Key Responsibilities- Initiate, develop, and maintain successful contract relationships with clients
- Oversee operations, administrative functions, and information systems to ensure compliance with company procedures and policies
- Develop and implement action plans to improve operational efficiencies and ensure services are provided within budget
- Maintain company and contractual assets, including vehicles, facilities, inventories, tools, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including EPA, OSHA, DOT, ADA, and EEOC
- Analyze, prepare, and develop budgets and forecasts to drive business growth
- Assess resource needs, problems, and trends, and plan accordingly to ensure customer retention
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance location and company bench strength
- Satisfy client, corporate, and contractual reporting requirements and needs
- Assist in technical sales support and develop sales leads to drive business growth
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 3-5 years of recent and relevant direct experience managing all aspects of a paratransit and fixed route service
- Prior experience working with collective bargaining agreements
- Computer literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of building solid relationships with supervisors, peers, and subordinates
- Ability to effectively and appropriately communicate and/or collaborate with agencies, directors, elected officials, operators, and all levels of hourly and salaried employees, including senior management
