Job Description

Navarino Property Management LLC is seeking an experienced General Property Manager to oversee the overall financial and operational performance of our residential property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
  • Responsible for achieving business goals and revenue targets.
  • Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives for the team.
  • Recruiting, training, supporting the property manager and leasing team, and conducting regular performance appraisals.
  • Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts alongside the General Maintenance Manager and Regional Maintenance Director.
  • Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
  • Ensuring make-ready turns to meet Navarino quality standards.
  • Ensuring company standards, procedures, and policies are followed.
  • Deal with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.

Requirements:

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Rent Manager software experience is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
