Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services in our ambulatory clinics. This role will partner with clinic managers to oversee the work activities of 16 RN staff across four psychiatry and behavioral health clinic locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assign work activities of RN staff to ensure efficient patient care services.
  • Directly supervise RN clinical teams and lend expertise to all clinical staff.
  • Support faculty physicians, advanced practice providers, and a psychiatry residency training program.
  • Execute nursing interventions by collaborating with the interprofessional team to incorporate appropriate standards of care and practice and patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Minimum Two (2) years of RN experience.
  • Preferred One (1) year of progressive relevant leadership experience.
  • Minimum RN licensed in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Preferred Applicable clinical certification.
