Job Overview

Clear Concepts Management is seeking a motivated individual to join our leadership team as a Junior Operations and Training Manager. This role is essential for maintaining the success we have achieved within our teams and the consulting services we offer. The ideal candidate will be groomed for the Junior Operations and Training Manager position, where they will supervise our team members in delivering consulting and sales services.

The Junior Operations and Training Manager will begin by gaining practical experience in effective strategies and techniques aimed at enhancing revenue and brand visibility. A strong internal motivation and a positive mindset are crucial for mastering the systems we implement and understanding the full scope of responsibilities associated with this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Boost sales effectiveness by demonstrating internal systems and practices while training entry-level representatives on direct consumer engagement strategies.
  • Mentor various representatives within our sales and consulting teams to foster consumer interaction through active listening, negotiation skills, sales tactics, and relationship-building.
  • Participate in meetings with fellow Junior Operations and Training Managers to discuss sales objectives, team performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain personal sales and communication duties, including tracking weekly performance metrics for both individual and team sales.
  • Engage directly with consumers to provide assistance and education regarding our products and services, contributing to sales success for our clients.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Management or Business Administration is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity.
  • A strong growth mindset to refine existing skills and embrace constructive feedback.
  • Confidence in leading a diverse team and promoting performance improvement.
  • A proactive attitude and a strong desire to lead by example.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective consumer interaction.
