Key Responsibilities:

• Perform setups on punch press equipment utilizing progressive tooling, single hit, and compound dies.
• Calculate shut height and ensure accurate tooling installation.
• Install limit switches, safety chains, and light screens to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the QA department to ensure high-quality products.
• Assist in training and certification of junior die setters and operators as needed.
• Work closely with the toolroom and QA teams to resolve tooling and QA issues.
