We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organizational Development Manager to join our team at American Packaging Corporation. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee performance and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify organizational development needs and design solutions to address them.
- Design and deliver training programs for management and employees, including workshops, coaching, and mentoring.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine training requirements and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
- Manage and administer training budgets and resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and training.
- Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, with at least 1 year in a management role.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and tuition reimbursement program.
