Job Title: Territory Manager

At Slice, we're on a mission to empower local pizzerias with the technology and services they need to thrive in a rapidly changing market. As a Territory Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth of your assigned market, building relationships with pizzeria owners, and introducing them to our suite of products and services.

The Challenge

We're looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. As a Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving new restaurant acquisition and upselling existing Slice partners on additional products and services
  • Building relationships with pizzeria owners and educating them on the value of partnering with Slice
  • Overseeing the sales and upsell process from prospect to pitch to close
  • Traveling to meet with owners in person and spending time on the phone scheduling appointments and increasing touchpoints
The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone with:

  • 3-6 years of in-market selling or territory management experience, preferably in the SMB and/or restaurant-tech industry
  • A strong track record of being a top performer and consistently exceeding goals
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to lead pitches and presentations
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to cater pitches to address owner pain points in real time
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle for travel
