At Allegis Global Solutions, we're looking for a skilled Program Specialist I to join our team. As a key member of our workforce solutions team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and managing the full lifecycle of the requisition process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist client managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process, including requisition intake, sourcing, and candidate shortlisting and interviewing.
- Demonstrate recruitment expertise by preparing insightful questions for hiring managers to gather detailed job descriptions.
- Document requirement intake conversations in our database and utilize reports to manage open requirements.
- Coach and manage the performance of participating staffing suppliers to ensure timely response and high-quality talent acquisition.
- Monitor performance against contract SLAs, requisition aging, invoicing, time and expense entry, and vendor compliance tracking.
- Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports.
- Provide constant interaction with clients, staffing vendors, contract personnel, and other partners to ensure seamless requisition fulfillment.
Requirements:
- University degree preferred or applicable experience in high-volume coordination activities.
- At least 1 year of customer service industry experience, with a focus on client hiring manager/supplier-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on documentation and follow-up.
- Strong time management and organization skills, with attention to detail and knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
