Compensation: Starting hourly rates range from $20 to $26, based on experience, with opportunities for career advancement.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in water restoration, construction, or a related field preferred, but not mandatory
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with assistance and navigate multiple flights of stairs
  • Availability for additional hours outside of regular shifts on a monthly basis
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation for commuting purposes
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is advantageous but not essential
  • Must pass a physical examination and be able to use respiratory protection
  • Capability to work at heights using ladders or scaffolding
  • Valid driver's license from California required
