Key Responsibilities

Are you prepared to make a significant impact? As a Customer Service Specialist, your role will include:
  • Managing service orders and ensuring the smooth operation of the Drive Lane, providing customers with prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Taking ownership of the customer experience by executing additional tasks that leave a positive impression.
  • Offering concierge-level support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, ensuring customers receive the utmost care.
  • Guaranteeing that the daily inventory of technicians' time is effectively allocated to service customers.
  • Efficiently assigning work among technicians.
  • Responding to technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintaining the Customer Success Index at or above company benchmarks.
  • Assisting in diagnosing vehicle issues and procuring necessary parts and tools.
  • Overseeing warranty claim administration and the training and supervision of the service department.
  • Reinforcing company policies and adhering to established standards.
  • Encouraging compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Fostering positive relationships with factory representatives and promoting strong employee relations.
