Are you prepared to make a significant impact? As a Customer Service Specialist, your role will include:
- Managing service orders and ensuring the smooth operation of the Drive Lane, providing customers with prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Taking ownership of the customer experience by executing additional tasks that leave a positive impression.
- Offering concierge-level support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, ensuring customers receive the utmost care.
- Guaranteeing that the daily inventory of technicians' time is effectively allocated to service customers.
- Efficiently assigning work among technicians.
- Responding to technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Maintaining the Customer Success Index at or above company benchmarks.
- Assisting in diagnosing vehicle issues and procuring necessary parts and tools.
- Overseeing warranty claim administration and the training and supervision of the service department.
- Reinforcing company policies and adhering to established standards.
- Encouraging compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Fostering positive relationships with factory representatives and promoting strong employee relations.
