About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with customers, building trust and understanding their needs, and communicating our products and services in a clear and concise manner.
  • Contribute to the growth of our organization by promoting our products and services, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and service team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services, and to improve customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • One year of related experience in the automotive service environment.
  • One year of sales experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Must be able to lift, carry, and place merchandise and supplies up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Frequent standing and walking for long periods of time.
  • Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting.
  • Climb up and down ladders to retrieve and stock merchandise.
  • Communicate effectively in person, by telephone, or by using telecommunications equipment.
  • Enters and locates information on computer.
  • Presents information to small and large groups.
  • Visually verifies information, often in small print.
  • Safely operates a motor vehicle.
