Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers, greet and direct them, provide accurate information about our products and services, and answer their questions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new products and services, and be able to provide recommendations to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that racks are fully stocked, manage returns of merchandise, and coordinate with the team to maintain a well-organized store.
  • Communication: Build trusting relationships with customers, provide excellent communication skills, and be able to adapt to different types of characters.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times.
Requirements
  • Bilingual Spanish and English Speaking
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to lift 50-70 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
  • Valid professional driver's license
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good driving record with no traffic violations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions (willing to train the right candidate)
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Service Associate, Sales Associate, or similar role
  • Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
