Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Banquet Manager to join our team at the LAAC. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement event concepts and menus that align with our brand and quality standards
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious cuisine
  • Manage event logistics, including venue setup, audiovisual equipment, and staffing
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Work closely with our sales team to upsell and cross-sell services
Requirements:
