Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough policy analysis to ensure coverage adequacy and competitiveness.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals to clients and prospects, including coverage comparisons, pricing, and terms and conditions.
- Handle all aspects of policy renewals, from gathering updated information to negotiating pricing and terms with carriers.
- Issue certificates and endorsements as required, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
- Collaborate with various teams within the organization to provide comprehensive service to clients and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in property and casualty.
- Proven ability in client management and account management, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Extensive experience with certificates, endorsements, policy analysis, proposals, and renewals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risk and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools.
- A Property & Casualty license is required and a professional designation such as CIC, CPCU, or ARM is highly desirable.
